UL1977是用于数据、信号、控制和电力应用中使用的毗连器UL认证标准 ，毗连器UL1977认证需要举行温升测试。UL1977温升测试是测试毗连器在通最大额定电流情形下部件的温度转变情形 ，以确定毗连器事情时可被接触到的部分 ，是否保存温度过高造成人身危险的危害。

- All contacts are to be connected in series so as to carry the same test current.

- Tested at a draft-free area having an ambient temperature of 25 ±5°C (77 ±9°F)

- The measured temperature shall not exceed the Relative Thermal Index (electrical) of the insulating material
